GET INVOLVED
Donations and volunteers play an integral role in the success of this event. We can't thank you enough for your interest in helping out with the event in any capacity.
Below you can find all of the ways you can help make this event as successful and fun as possible for our community. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
*NEW* TRUNK OR TREAT
This is a new addition to the event this year! We are looking for families and/or businesses to host a "Trunk" at the event.
By signing up to host a "Trunk" you will be responsible for decorating your vehicle (non-scary decor), providing candy, and having someone available to hand out candy (or trinkets) throughout the event.
Vehicles will be parked in the teacher's parking lot during the event.
GAMES & ACTIVITIES
Games and activities for kids of all ages are provided the night of the event. We are always looking for help with running the games and keeping the candy stocked.
Some games and activities include the cookie walk, candy bar walk, pumpkin painting, and fun carnival games.
We want you to enjoy the night with your student(s) and family. Volunteer shifts can be set in 30-minute increments if that fits best for you.
DONATIONS and SPONSORSHIPS
Donations are used to offset the cost of the event itself, purchase raffle prizes, fund future events that benefit the students, and provide needed funds for our teachers and staff at Windy Hills.
Donors may choose to donate a specific item, silent auction basket, gift certificates, or make a cash donation for our committee to purchase raffle prizes for the event.
Your interest in making a donation is greatly appreciated. We have many levels available for you to make a donation to the event and to the school.
All donations will need to be dropped off to the school by Monday, October 2nd.

MONETARY DONATIONS
Any and all monetary donations go directly back to the event, the students, and the staff at Windy Hills.
There are many sponsorship opportunities available to our community. More information on the different levels of monetary donations available below.

SILENT AUCTION AND RAFFLE PRIZES
Silent Auction Donations
If you would like to donate an item to be featured in the silent auction please reach out to the Boo Bash Committee. Click here and send us an email and we will get in touch to make arrangements. Silent auction items could be gift certificates to services or businesses, tickets to events, a specific item, etc.
Raffle Prize Donations
The Raffle Prizes, according to the kids are the best part of the festival. If you would like to donate a specific item please feel free to drop off the item to the school by October 2nd.
SCHOOL AND CLASS DONATIONS
There are many ways you can donate to Boo Bash in smaller ways.
Class Donations Supplies
Each class is asked to bring specific items to help provide supplies for the event.
Silent Auction Basket Donations
We also ask that each class bring items to create a themed silent auction basket to be sold.
Raffle Tickets
Will also be available for purchase in advance to the event. This money will be used to help purchase raffle prizes.
